As a Senior Real Estate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on property investments, sales, and acquisitions. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless property transactions from initiation to closing, ensuring legal compliance.

  • Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to expand business networks and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with current legal regulations governing the real estate industry and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a real estate consulting or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international real estate markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client portfolios concurrently.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Licensed real estate broker or consultant certification is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, property evaluations, and networking events.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
