We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of impactful, large-scale architectural projects. Lead With Vision

As a Senior Project Manager at UNS, you will:

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, organizational goals, and sustainability principles.
• Guide project teams through all phases, from concept to completion, while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
  
  

Drive Strategic Decisions

• Provide informed, strategic input to navigate complex project challenges and opportunities.
• Leverage your business acumen and industry knowledge to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  
  

Oversee Design Excellence

• Ensure all deliverables meet UNS’s standards of design and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with design teams to maintain the integrity of the architectural vision while addressing technical and practical considerations.
  
  

Manage Financials

• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations.
• Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  
  

Mitigate Risks

• Identify potential risks early and develop strategies to address them.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, particularly in the Middle East region and under LDC contracts.
  
  

Collaborate with Stakeholders

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Foster open communication and build strong relationships to ensure project success.
  
  

Inspire and Mentor

• Coordinate and guide multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and supporting their professional growth.
  
  

Champion Sustainability and Innovation

• Embed sustainability principles in all aspects of project delivery.
• Encourage innovative approaches to design and execution, ensuring projects contribute positively to the built environment.
  
  

Oversee Compliance and Construction

• Manage permit applications and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Conduct site inspections and provide guidance during construction to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.
  
  

Job requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Architecture.

• Certification: Professional licensure as an architect.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in architectural design, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Regional Expertise: Experience in the Middle East region, including familiarity with LDC contracts.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
