About the Role
As a Snr People & Culture Activator, you will implement people and culture strategies aligned with LINKVIVAβs vision on site. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity, while fostering a positive and inclusive corporate culture. This role involves collaborating with project managers to address HR needs, managing recruitment, onboarding, and training for the extended team (freelancers), and ensuring HR policies comply with legal requirements and best practices.

What You Need to Apply
β Experience β 7+ years proven experience in people and culture roles, within event production or similar industries.
β Education β bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β Skills β Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
β Knowledge β Familiarity with HR software and tools.
β Language Proficiency β Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
