We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Events Specialist to lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of immersive brand experiences. This role is key in
driving client engagement,and elevating brand desirability. The ideal candidate will bring a
strategic mindset, creative flair, and operational excellence to every event.
1- Events & Production:
Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging events that enhance the brands image and drive foot traffic to stores.
Develop and execute unique brand experiences that connects with consumers, creating memorable interactions that reinforce brand loyalty.
Foster collaboration and synergy with cross-functional teams, including communications, content, and integrated marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging and experiences.
Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for client development and event optimization.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement, drive sales, increase brand desirability. Provide regular reports on event ROI and client development progress. Identifying target audiences, setting event goals, and
establishing key performance indicators (KPIs)
Build relationships with industry partners, vendors, and suppliers to enhance event offering
Work closely with internal teams (retail, merchandising, logistic, supply chain,pr,clienteling, & CRM) to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives
Serve as the primary liaison with store teams, briefing managers and sales staff on upcoming activations and objectives.
Developing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring costeffectiveness
while maintaining the highest standards of quality:
Oversee all logistical aspects of event execution, including on-site management and postevent
analysis, ensuring flawless delivery and proactive problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in event production and brand experience, with a proven track record in both boutique and large-scale activations.
Background in luxury brands or agencies with a premium portfolio.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive mindset.
Detail oriented and commitment to excellence.
Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork
