We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our company’s marketing and sales strategy. This role will oversee the performance of the Community Manager and Sales Manager, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer engagement objectives are achieved.
The position requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in performance marketing, driving both brand development and measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, scaling customer acquisition, and delivering strong sales performance within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Growth
Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
Design and oversee performance marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI through data-driven decision-making.
Develop attribution models and analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of acquisition and engagement campaigns.
Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and communications to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with Senior Management to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Stay ahead of market trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Foster strong collaboration with the Product, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
Sales Leadership
Directly manage the Sales Team and Community Manager, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
Implement structured reporting for the sales team (e.g., calls volume, conversion rates, service quality).
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, with special emphasis on conversion quality.
Drive weekly and monthly sales performance reviews, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the marketing, sales, and community teams.
Act as the key link between customer-facing teams and senior management, providing insights and performance reports
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or growth leadership roles, ideally in financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.
Proven success in user acquisition, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Excellent Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
Strong understanding of sales operations and performance management.
Excellent leadership to lead and developing teams, with excellent people management skills.
Expertise in user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization
Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust, Segment, Mix panel, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
