Senior Manager-Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance the awareness and reputation of DAMAC, its business lines and leadership.
• Liaise with ARABIC media outlets, platforms, handling DAMAC’s owned content and press materials and social media or public relations activities.
• ARABIC MEDIA CONTENT – writing, quality control and more
• Manage HSDF communications and projects, CM related Arabic media requirements
• Coordinate internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging to colleagues.
• Monitor both traditional and social media coverage and conversations, evaluating its impact on DAMAC and its leadership reputation in target markets.
• Organize and manage corporate events, webinars, or seminars.
• Collaborate with our marketing teams to align campaign efforts across channels during launches and events.
• Draft speeches, articles, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Conduct communications training sessions for colleagues to ensure best practices.
• Develop and maintain a network of appropriate media, influencer and platforms contacts.
• Maintain accurate coordination materials such as ARABIC media lists, timelines of activities, and ensure appropriate and timely archival of communication materials on company’s shared drive.
