As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of training and development initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the L&D team, you will help ensure the seamless delivery of learning programs that foster employee growth, enhance skills, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your coordination and administrative support will be key to driving impactful learning experiences and aligning development efforts with organizational goals.

 As a Senior L&D Coordinator some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning events
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, preparing materials, and coordinating resources
  • Communicate with trainers, participants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding learning activities
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate reports to track participation, completion, and feedback
  • Assist in the development and rollout of L&D strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals and employee development needs
