Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team specializing in the built environment, particularly focusing on fire safety, suppression systems, and personal protective equipment (PPE). This pivotal role is designed for individuals who have a keen interest in driving sales and building strong customer relationships within this critical sector. As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to ensure sustained growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with our company's objectives and ensure that we continue to meet and exceed our clients' needs and expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in the built environment sector.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of fire safety, suppression systems, and PPE to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to target clients.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs within the sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide regular feedback to R&D and product development teams to innovate products based on customer insights.
  • Stay updated with current industry standards, certifications, and regulations related to fire safety and PPE.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to expand professional network and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fire safety or PPE industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic approach to sales and negotiation.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing customer interactions.
  • High self-motivation and results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed targets.
