Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to oversee the central financial operations. The role involves managing audits, ensuring accurate MIS reporting, and handling all aspects of tax compliance including VAT and Corporate Tax. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Oversee the Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts in accordance with IFRS.
• Review and finalize financial statements for statutory audit purposes.
• Implement internal controls and accounting policies consistent with best practices and regulatory standards
  
  

• Act as the key liaison with external auditors (Big 6 or equivalent) to ensure smooth, timely completion of audits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax, VAT, and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails to meet internal and external compliance standards.
  
  

• Lead ERP and accounting system improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Supervise and develop accounting and finance team members to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting timelines and control reliability.
  
  

• 4-6 years in an external audit firm (preferably Big 6 or top tier).
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial regulations, and FTA compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
