  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other complex financial transactions expertly.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing a finance team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
