Now we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager, you will be a part of our Global Finance Team.

Role Overview

You will provide financial clarity to maximize strategic value and ROI, challenging assumptions and enabling smart growth. This role focuses on optimizing technology investments, improving operational efficiency, and aligning initiatives with Noventiq’s bottom line and strategy. You’ll manage the global budget cycle and deliver key financial insights to drive informed decision-making across regions.

Your Impact On The Mission

  • Partner with regional business leaders, CFOs, and operational teams to develop budgets, investment strategies, and track performance against strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Evaluate business cases for key investments and initiatives to ensure alignment with revenue growth, efficiency improvements, and competitive advantage.
  • Lead global financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial outlook processes with accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor ROI, cost-effectiveness, and KPIs to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for optimizing technology spend.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for informed decision-making by business leaders.
  • Analyze vendor contracts (software, hardware, cloud, consulting) to assess costs, identify savings, and support negotiation strategies.
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure IT vendor agreements are cost-effective, flexible, scalable, and aligned with future needs.
  • Provide financial guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and vendor contract management throughout project lifecycles.
  • Deliver financial analysis, risk assessments, and ROI evaluations to support investment decisions and project execution.
  • Track and report on key financial and operational KPIs, developing dashboards and self-service tools to enhance transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, IT cost capitalization rules, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Work with procurement, legal, and compliance teams to maintain effective spending controls and contract governance for IT expenditures.

What You’ll Bring To The Table – About You

  • Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA, CIMA or MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, IT finance, or finance business partnering, ideally within a global, tech-driven environment.
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting full financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, to provide actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end financial planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning).
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across various functions, particularly finance and IT, in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
