We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our vibrant team. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion while leading strategic projects and initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business profitability.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development staff.
  • Monitor and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual goals to management.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and innovate business strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of all business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving desired business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
