Job Description
Identification of required facility and collateral documentation based on Credit Approvals.Preparation of facility and collateral documentation as per the Banks and regulatory standards.Ensure that all required documentation (facility, collateral and source) have been obtained against each approved facility.Ensure all activities in Documentation Unit are accomplished accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure that all documents have been reviewed and found in order, and enforceable as per the laws of the country. Ensure that RCSA is in place and up to date.To conduct post monitoring functionalities related to maintenance of borrowing documents.Adhere to the Banks initiatives related to process reengineering, automation of process.Ensure that providing and updating data use for management information requirements.
