Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of professional architectural experience, with leadership roles.
• Licensed Architect with a valid state-issued architectural license.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materiality.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale architectural projects successfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
