Senior Architect (225-911)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of professional architectural experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and other architectural software.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet client expectations.
• Proven experience in leading architectural projects from conception through completion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigorous attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Licensed architect with a registration in the appropriate state or municipality.
