Content Specialist, Primary Law Content Ops Team:

Participates in an Editorial or Content Operations team, providing leadership and work direction to team, workgroup or business partners in the creation and/or acquisition, preparation and delivery of assigned content and information for creating products and product functionality in all publication media .
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Mandatory Work from Office per week
- Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (or) 12 PM to 09 PM IST (or) 06 AM to 03 PM. The particular shift timing will be decided by business team post your selection for the role.
About the Role:
- Manages, leads, or participates in ongoing as well as new process improvement and enhancement initiatives.
- Responsible to produce one or more product lines or processes.
- Good understanding and knowledge of International Contents for Checkpoint Proactively acquires source material from multiple websites (governmental and others) or receives a request from editorial to process and deliver a document.
- Creates, supports, and reviews all products responsible for Checkpoint. Expert resource on various systems, software, databases, and applications to deliver quality products.
- Researches content issues for customers and responds with clear and accurate answers as required.
- Expertly performs duties related to the preparation of and final delivery of complex information such as converting, coding, merging, rendering, keying, loading and validation of information.
- Participates in decision-making and prioritization for multiple complex production schedules and processes, and collaborates with other organizations on all aspects of project production.
- Ensures completeness, proper structure, and functionality for multiple products.
- Reviews and delivers final product through electronic files for all media.
- Provides escalated support in workflow processes, resolves complex problems.
- Identifies and resolves complex and escalated problems
About You:
- Experience required: 1-3 Years of relevant work experience in Proofreading, copywriting, Content Editing, skimming and publishing. Candidates with background into Journalism or Mass communication would be preferred.
- Should have fair knowledge on scripting, particularly on Python.
- Troubleshoots complex issues related to the conversion of new or existing information for established workflows or product development enhancements.
- Independently maintains the integrity and completeness of work product and product databases for all the Projects we are responsible.
- Conducts training and verifies the work of others. Participates in enhancement projects, or testing and implementation of new systems and/or processes.
- Strong understanding of the customer’s needs/requirements and priorities.
- Communicates information effectively and checks for understanding. Responds to non-standard requests from customers; investigates with assistance from others as needed.
- Position for a developing professional building experience in their specialist function.
