Senior Accountant (Property Management)

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the organization's quality standards and customer expectations. They develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections and tests, and document and report findings. The Quality Control Specialist also identifies areas for improvement, provides training and guidance to employees, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Document and report findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to address quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes and techniques.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to quality management.

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control or assurance.
