Job Title: Travel Agent
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Plan and sell flight reservations, transportation, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, tours & excursions, visas, holiday packages & many more.
• Provide advice on travel documents, customs regulations, visa requirements, and local tourism.
• Use computer reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) & B2B portals to book flights and hotels.
• Process payments and issue invoices and travel documents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel restrictions, and destination updates.
• Handle travel changes, cancellations, and emergency situations with professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel service providers.
• Promote travel packages and upsell services to maximize revenue.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role in the travel industry.
• Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes, tours & excursions and travel regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
• A diploma or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
