As a Sales Representative, you will be the front line of our business, playing a critical role in driving our company's revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions through presentations and other communication channels.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management team.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services for effective client communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Seek and analyze competitor’s products, market conditions, and strategies to enhance selling tactics.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction of terms and agreements.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to gather leads and represent the company.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve services and drive business growth.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field required.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the [industry] sector, demonstrating success.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
