Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Fintech Company.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies,

managing key client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team to

achieve targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company sales targets and expand the

customer base.

 Lead, train, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure high

productivity and goal achievement.

 Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients

and partners.

 Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships to maximize customer satisfaction

and retention.

 Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to provide insights to senior management.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and

risks.

 Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies

with business goals.

 Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable outcomes and alignment with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.

 Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

 Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
