We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Fintech

Company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting

operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit preparation. The ideal

candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and experienced in working within fast-paced, dynamic

environments—preferably within fintech or technology-driven companies.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the

accounting department. Your responsibilities will include:

*Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

*Oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processes.

*Lead the month-end and year-end close processes.

*Support external audits and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

*Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity.

*Analyze financial trends, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.

* Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

*Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

*Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.

*Leverage accounting and financial software to streamline and automate processes.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.

*5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

*Prior experience in fintech, banking, or technology companies is highly preferred.

*Proficient in accounting softwares.

*Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.

*Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

*Experience with financial modeling and data analytics tools.

*Familiarity with cryptocurrency, digital wallets, or payment platforms.

* Knowledge of regulatory requirements in fintech (e.g., PCI-DSS, AML/KYC).
