Job Description

The Sales Manager is a key player in driving the company's revenue growth by managing and developing the sales team, building and nurturing client relationships, and strategizing to meet the targets of the business. The role involves crafting and implementing sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and continuously improve the sales process. This position requires a balance of strategic planning, people management, and a hands-on approach to understanding the needs of the clients and the market dynamics.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet targets and goals.
  • Conduct analysis to identify new market and sales opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to support sales efforts.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track sales performance efficiently.
  • Train sales personnel to achieve better results through continuous education.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities for lead generation.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper sales execution.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to management as required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and sales statistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to design effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
