Sales Manager- Real Estate

Urban Class Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market. If you're an experienced closer with a passion for property and team leadership, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

✅ Develop and implement effective sales strategies, especially for off-plan properties.

✅ Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to maximize business opportunities.

✅ Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing training and support where needed.

✅ Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

✅ Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in off-plan sales.

✅ Strong understanding of the UAE property market and developer portfolios.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

✅ Must be Indian Nationality.

✅ Proven leadership abilities and a proactive sales approach.

Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
