Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the furniture industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success in a competitive market. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, devising strategies to maximize sales, and nurturing relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Participate in furniture trade shows and industry events to network and expand business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
