Job Description

The role of Sales Manager (Business Setup) involves leading and managing a team of sales executives with the primary goal of driving the growth and expansion of a business setup service. The Sales Manager is responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. This position requires a deep understanding of the business setup ecosystem, including company formation, registration, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, enabling them to inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, they should be adept at analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and ensure the service offerings are in alignment with client needs and industry standards.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive client acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and related trends.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and client retention.
  • Monitor and analyse sales figures, reporting key insights to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Oversee the sales team’s daily operations to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards within the industry.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance the overall sales process and client journeys.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, promoting business setup services.
  • Track competitive product offerings to ensure our services remain competitive and relevant.
  • Facilitate training programs to improve the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales management, preferably in business consultancy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the business setup processes and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for leading a sales team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales management tools and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
