Job Description

Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients. This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets through a strong understanding of business and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition
Actively seek out new clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Convert leads into funded trading accounts by presenting the value of the company’s products and services.
Follow up with prospects to guide them through the onboarding process.

2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and offer tailored trading solutions or platform support.
Provide a high level of customer service and be the first point of contact for queries.

3. Product Knowledge
Stay up to date on forex market trends, economic news, and the company’s trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
Clearly explain trading features, account types, leverage, spreads, and other offerings to clients.

4. Sales Target Achievement
Work toward individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
Track daily sales activity, leads, conversions, and report progress regularly.

5. Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with account managers, marketing, and support teams to enhance the client journey.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming for lead generation strategies.

6. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all communication and client interactions follow regulatory standards (KYC, AML, etc.).
Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
