Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Outdoor Sales, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, propelling the company’s success by forging and nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will engage with prospective customers face-to-face, demonstrating the value of our products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position requires a highly motivated and energetic individual capable of working independently and as part of a team. Your passion for sales will be complemented by strategic thinking capabilities to identify and leverage new business opportunities. You will represent the company in various settings, ranging from client offices to trade shows and events, ensuring that our brand voice and value proposition are consistently conveyed to prospective clients.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins and sales volumes.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and sales approaches.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales goals with marketing strategies.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales progress and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to increase brand visibility.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within the established time frames.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly outdoor or face-to-face sales roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driver’s license are required.
