Job Description

The role of a Sales Executive in the Leisure sector is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to join a dynamic team. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling leisure services, cultivating relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns specific to the leisure segment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the company's brand and services.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to tailor leisure services to market demands.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in the leisure industry to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the leisure industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of sales principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
