Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in indoor home lighting, you'll play a pivotal role in developing business opportunities and building relationships in a highly competitive market. Your role involves not only selling a range of premium lighting solutions but also educating clients about the latest industry trends and technological advancements. You will work closely with designers, architects, retail customers, and businesses to tailor lighting solutions that meet specific needs while achieving sales targets. A solid understanding of indoor lighting solutions, market dynamics, and customer management will be critical in this role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new and existing clients in the industry.
  • Conduct regular research to identify emerging trends in indoor home lighting.
  • Assist clients by providing expert lighting advice and personalized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to varying client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to offer customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer service standards.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to expand professional network.
  • Analyze competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market feedback regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of indoor home lighting technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
