Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Building Material, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of our construction materials. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on promoting our diverse range of high-quality building products to contractors, developers, and construction companies. We are looking for a dynamic individual who combines industry knowledge with strong sales acumen to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction industry and market trends.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and service agreements with customers effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct regular site visits to customer locations to offer tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up on sales leads.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to network and promote products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building material industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
