Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales success by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through various sales strategies and techniques.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand the needs of customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close profitable sales deals.
  • Coordinate with sales team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and promote company products.
  • Analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making and improve sales tactics.
  • Provide prompt and professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated report of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align on promotional activities and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals consistently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events as needed.
