Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle client objections and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update CRM systems to record interactions with clients accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role required.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
