As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and products to customers. Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers when they enter the store, providing a welcoming environment.
  • Assist customers in finding products that match their needs and preferences effectively.
  • Understand and communicate product features, benefits, and usage to customers in detail.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and promotions.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and following company policy.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle billing efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the store’s overall performance.
  • Support inventory management by receiving and stocking merchandise accurately.
  • Assist in setting up promotions and ensuring that the store displays are attractive.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and suggestive selling strategies to managers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with point of sale systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to problem solve on the spot.
