Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The role requires a proactive, highly motivated, and driven individual with an innate ability to make connections and build relationships. You will be representing the company in front of potential customers and will need excellent communication and negotiation skills to enhance our sales strategy. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide effective solutions and close deals.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Work alongside the sales team to build new relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and close deals efficiently.
  • Manage a prospective client list to ensure follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to meet the company’s sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and trade shows to network and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are recorded in the CRM system for accuracy and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success.
  • Strong sales orientation with a solid ability to achieve quotas consistently.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics, including prospecting and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
