The role of a Sales Executive is pivotal in driving the revenue of a company. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, competitors, and customer preferences.

  • Provide regular reports of sales activities, progress, and projections to management.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Ensure customer feedback is captured to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales strategies and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients and attend sales events.
