Job Description

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between our company and our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on facilitating sales, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our company, and you will use your exceptional interpersonal skills and knowledge of our products and services to address their needs effectively. By aligning customer needs with our offerings, you will contribute to our company's growth objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role is integral in upholding our commitment to providing outstanding service and support, nurturing long-lasting relationships with our customers, and consistently driving sales growth.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients at various stages.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Document and report customer feedback to management for strategic improvements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service roles in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and challenges effectively.
