Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the sales department, supporting the team by streamlining processes and facilitating communication between customers and the sales team. Your main tasks will include managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and handling client inquiries and issues with poise and professionalism. You will act as the bridge between the sales team and the clients, ensuring that both parties are kept informed and any potential issues are resolved proactively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to ensure the sales operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the company's growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to ensure all projects meet deadlines.
  • Assist sales representatives with preparing sales documentation and contracts.
  • Manage and conduct follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain sales records and customer information databases.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as requested by the management team.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and logistic departments.
  • Support the sales team with customer inquiries and product information requests.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance sales operations and customer service.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the team.
  • Ensure that sales targets and objectives are met or exceeded consistently.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and implementing marketing plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages with procurement staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
