We Are Hiring – Safety / EHS Engineers (Transmission & Substation Projects)

We are looking for experienced Safety / EHS Engineers to join our high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in the UAE. Candidates with prior approvals or direct experience with DEWA, TRANSCO, or TAQA will be given strong preference.

• Job Title: Safety / EHS Engineer

• Location: UAE (On-Site)

• Industry: Transmission Lines / Substation Projects

• Experience Required: 5–10 Years

• Joining: Within 30–60 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)

• Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) from a regular college (Mandatory).

• NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory).

• 5–10 years of proven experience in EHS roles.

• Hands-on experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) and/or Substation Projects.

• Prior approval or work experience with DEWA / TRANSCO / TAQA (Mandatory).

• Valid passport with at least 9 months validity.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).

• Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for site personnel.

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans.

• Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations.

• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and Risk Assessments.

• Promote a safety-first culture across all project activities.

• Provide accurate reports and documentation related to safety performance and compliance.
