The SaaS Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation is a critical role within our marketing team, focused on driving growth through new customer acquisition strategies. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns designed to generate leads for our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, combined with analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. The role requires a creative thinker who is both strategic and tactical, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly to evolving market conditions. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of successful lead generation in a competitive B2B environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead transfer and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs to senior management.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
  • Create and manage engaging content that drives interest and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the product team to ensure accurate representation of offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends to maintain competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track lead interactions and refine targeting strategies.
  • Test and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms for improved conversions.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at key industry segments.
  • Generate reports and insights to guide future marketing strategies and investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM software and marketing automation platforms preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
