Job Description

As a Retail Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail staff within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various retail roles and functions.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions using a variety of delivery methods.
  • Conduct regular assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance training material relevance.
  • Create and maintain training schedules that accommodate operational demands.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to retail staff for skill improvement.
  • Ensure training materials and resources are available and up to date.
  • Develop e-learning modules and utilize technology for remote training.
  • Support new store openings by providing on-site training and guidance.
  • Track and report on training outcomes and improvements in performance.
  • Assist in developing career development plans for promising retail talent.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a retail training environment.
  • Proven track record in designing successful employee training programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with multi-level retail management.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and current learning technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
