Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail operations, with a focus on improving efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and operational metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and train staff effectively.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
