A reputable and well-established F&B company is actively recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for their team in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare and review P&L reports, sales targets, and financial forecasts.
• Drive revenue, manage costs, and maximise profitability.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and implement training programs.
• Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in restaurant management in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in F&B operation and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
