About The Role -

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR business partnering, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies to support organizational goals. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and the overall business strategy.

Position Overview

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on matters related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Be responsible for partnering with the business leaders, HR COE and Associate Services team in building the capabilities to drive sustainable, profitable business growth
  • Within the framework of HR strategies, policies, and guidelines, proactively provide total people solutions to functional departments to support overall business growth.
  • Act as a coach and trusted business advisor to assigned Clients and Stakeholders
  • Build a good network and talent pipeline across the system (KO and Bottling Partners)
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees and managers.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR business partnering or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

Related Work Experience

  • 12+ years of HR specialist and generalist experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing, Knowledge of local statutory and legal requirements.
