A Residences Concierge plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of operations within residential complexes, providing impeccably personalized service to residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the art of hospitality, exemplifying unparalleled commitment to enhancing the daily lives of residents through thoughtful assistance and service delivery. As the face of the residences, the concierge will both anticipate and fulfill the diverse needs of residents by offering expert advice, securing reservations, organizing events, and facilitating service requests in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embodying a professional and approachable demeanor at all times while possessing the skill to address and resolve any issues that may arise with diplomacy and tact.


Responsibilities

  • Greet all residents and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage resident requests and inquiries with efficiency, including booking services and fulfilling special needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date directory of local amenities, including restaurants, entertainment, and attractions.
  • Coordinate deliveries and package management, ensuring secure and prompt distribution to residents.
  • Monitor property security by ensuring proper entry permissions and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Organize and facilitate resident events, enhancing community engagement and interaction.
  • Handle and resolve residents' complaints with professionalism, ensuring complete resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with property management to address maintenance issues and service requirements effectively.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents and external service providers, ensuring high service standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the prestige of the residence.
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions and communications, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Anticipate and proactively address potential residents' needs, continually enhancing service delivery.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a front-facing role, ideally within the luxury hospitality or residential sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with residents quickly.
  • A strong understanding of concierge services and an unwavering commitment to resident satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate challenges.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the prestige of the residence.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and other related technological tools.
