Job Description

The Residences Concierge plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of service and hospitality are provided to residents in a luxury living environment. As the first point of contact, the concierge is responsible for managing the reception area, addressing resident inquiries, coordinating services, and offering a personalized experience rooted in efficiency and luxury. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, resourcefulness, and a keen attention to detail, ensuring each interaction meets the high standards expected in an upscale residential setting. The concierge must be prepared to handle a variety of tasks, from booking reservations and arranging transportation to addressing maintenance issues, all while displaying impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can anticipate resident needs, provide solutions, and contribute positively to a cohesive living community.


Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests warmly and assist with any initial inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk operations effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist residents in making reservations for travel, dining, and entertainment.
  • Provide detailed information about local attractions and services available nearby.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident and guest information.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional communication standards.
  • Monitor security operations, including visitor management and access control.
  • Organize events and activities to enhance the resident living experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for resident needs and requests.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
  • Provide support during emergency situations following established protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in hospitality is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or residential concierge role preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing tasks.
