We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our esteemed team specializing in aesthetic surgery. As a Registered Nurse in our aesthetic practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring patients receive the highest quality care throughout their surgical experience. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through innovative cosmetic procedures. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the patient care environment before, during, and after surgery.
  • Assess patients' conditions to ensure they are ready and fit for surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons to coordinate efficient and successful operations.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for adverse effects.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to enhance patient recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families about post-surgery home care requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records throughout their treatment journey.
  • Support surgeons by ensuring all necessary equipment is sterile and operational.
  • Participate in the operational improvement and safety protocols of the surgery center.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding aesthetic treatments and procedures.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with best practices.
  • Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively, providing critical care support.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license recognized by the local health authority.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a surgical setting.
  • Previous experience in or thorough knowledge of aesthetic surgical procedures is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage.
