We are looking for a proactive and creative Regional Marketing Expert to lead and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific geographic markets. The role focuses on developing region-specific campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of local consumer behavior, and the capability to adapt global marketing strategies to regional needs. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and make a direct impact on business growth through well-executed, localized marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored marketing plans for assigned regions, aligned with overall business goals and local market dynamics
Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth within the region
Collaborate with product, sales, and branding teams to adapt and localize campaigns that resonate with the target audience
Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across all channels
Plan and execute regional events, sponsorships, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility
Monitor and report on the performance of regional campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Build relationships with local media, influencers, and marketing partners to support campaign execution and outreach
Ensure that all marketing activities comply with regional regulations and cultural sensitivities
Requirements:
Proven experience in regional or international marketing roles, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or B2B industries
Strong understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and marketing best practices
Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work across departments and geographies
Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform strategy and improve campaign performance
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and quality of execution
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned region for campaign execution or events
