Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and growing revenue through effective account strategy and service delivery. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, results-driven, and skilled in maintaining long-term business partnerships.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build trusted relationships.

  • Understand clients’ business needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services/products.

  • Monitor account performance and manage contract renewals and service-level agreements.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports to clients.

  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity using CRM tools.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client developments.

  • Contribute to strategic account planning and forecasting activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts successfully.

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to customer satisfaction.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
