Job Description

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the company is staffed with skilled, motivated, and diverse individuals who align with our organizational culture and goals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to assess candidate capabilities and cultural fit effectively. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and ability to achieve its strategic objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the market.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and potential.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring department managers.
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
  • Manage and update candidate information in recruitment databases and tracking systems.
  • Provide metrics and reports on recruitment efforts and results to senior management.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools for enhanced effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar hiring role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and databases.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing candidate qualifications.
