Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of talent acquisition expertise, preferably in engineering, construction, or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to source, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, skills, and culture fit.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing to attract top candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive offers.
  • Enhance employer branding through social media, networking, and recruitment marketing.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (engineering/construction industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of hiring mid-to-senior-level professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes is a plus.
